For FHE this week we went to Trent's parents house and had dinner (yummy soup...I am so excited for fall weather!) and then we had a pumpkin carving contest. Let me tell you this wasn't like your average pumpkin carving contest with the triangle eyes and nose...we went all out! We all ended up winning scary skeleton goblets! I have included a couple pictures from that night.
Erika wasn't too happy with having to touch the pumpkin guts! But she was pretty content with her crayon just drawing all over the pumpkin.
Yeah it was hard to find a good group picture. Someone is either glaring at the camera or cross-eyed (ahem...TYSON) so I just settled for this one!
After we finished carving we had some Fat Boy ice cream bars and Erika enjoyed hers ALOT!

You guys are always doing fun stuff with the fam. All we do is eat and watch really fun stuff like boxing with the fam here. Good job on the pumpkins they look awesome.
So cute! We did some crazy awesome pumpkins last year and we're excited to do them again soon.

how fun!!! i love how you guys always do fun family things. makes me miss that part of my family..(i'm a cousin on trent's side...in case you were wondering. we haven't met, but i'm sure we will!)
